Project Overview

Nikita Beverage Co. was engaged to overhaul a brewery in North Vancouver that had fallen into a severely deteriorated state after being neglected for several years. Upon initial assessment, it became evident that the facility was in critical need of extensive repairs and upgrades to its essential systems, including the boiler, glycol cooling, water treatment, floor and drainage, and brewing equipment. The brewery's condition was so compromised that resuming operations without immediate intervention was impossible.

Project Execution

Our team undertook in-depth inspections, carefully evaluating the existing infrastructure to devise a comprehensive overhaul plan that prioritized the most urgent repairs. We began by addressing the deteriorated boiler system, non-operational glycol cooling system, and rectifying significant structural issues that threatened the integrity of the facility. Throughout the project, we worked closely with the building’s owners and the client to ensure that all necessary repairs were completed within the tight timeframe, and within budget.
